Too Big for his Britches
Nathan is two months old today!!!!!
Nathan in his two month old photo - he is wearing a 3 month outfit that his Auntie Sarah gave him.
Nathan and Daddy bonding in the park.
Nathan wants to read the paper with his Daddy.
Nathan staring at the sky in the park with Mommy.
Nathan is too big for his britches. Literally. The kid is growing so fast! Seems like every day I am putting clothes he hasn't even worn yet into the bag for goodwill. He is already into 3 month clothing, and is moving into a size 3 diaper (size 2 is supposed to go up to 18 pounds). He is teething too, and totally wearing us out. Like his Daddy, Nathan hates to nap so I spend the day trying to come up with new ways to entertain him, especially when he gets fussy because he needs to nap! It is quite a challenge....I can't wait to see what it will be like when he is mobile!
Nathan's 8 week checkup is tomorrow and I can't wait to see how much he weighs, though I am dreading him getting his shots. I never thought I would be such a wimp, but I just hate the idea of offering him up for pain. I've heard from other parents that kids are very fussy after shots, so wish us (me) luck this weekend. Scott is playing golf Saturday so we will be on our own. Sunday we plan to picnic if it is not too hot.
See you all soon with an update!
