Grandma and Grandpa Wilson Come Visit
Grandpa Wilson can't even concentrate on the photo because of Nathan's smile!
Grandpa and Grandma with Nathan
Sweet scooting little boy!
Grandpa reading to Nathan
We had a great weekend with Grandma and Grandpa and Nathan had his six month checkup. He weighed 18 pounds 2 ounces and was 27 inches long (his head was 45cm). He has dropped to the 65th percentile for weight so the doctor was a little concerned since this is inconsistent with his previous weight gain. We're not worried - the kid has loved any food that we have put in his mouth so far! We are now on to peaches, which he also loves. I think that he likes the sweet stuff which could spell trouble later on.
Nathan's one tooth has recently turned into two! He was a little cranky this weekend and when he cried I got a peek into his mouth and saw the second tooth coming in...amazing!
Nathan had a great time with his Grandma and Grandpa Wilson. They couldn't believe how much he had grown. He started sitting up the day of their visit (with soft padding around him in case of tipping) so that was exciting! He was just a busy little guy scooting around, getting up on all fours, jumping, laughing...and then crashing hard for naps (the kid who wouldn't sleep before now LOVES to sleep - how ironic). Grandma and Grandpa read books to Nathan which he loved and we spent some time outside swinging in the park and going for walks. It was a wonderful weekend and we can't wait to see them again. They definitely got hooked on Nathan's sweet smile, as we are!
