Mother's Day
Nathan has had quite the weekend of visitors! Such fun!
On Saturday evening, "Auntie Amanda" and PJ came over to spend time with Nathan and enable his parents to have some adult conversation. Nathan always enjoys having company, but this time was a little bit fussy because he had a false wake up in his bouncy chair and I grabbed him instead of coaxing him back to sleep. Nathan does not like to "accidentally" wake up, a trait he gets from his mom.
Saturday night, Nathan went six hours between feedings. Of course, I woke up thinking something was wrong, so even though I think the extra time was Nathan's gift to his mommy for mother's day, I couldn't enjoy it! After his morning feeding, Nathan and Scott went to get bagels for me and let me have a little extra nap. Then we had more visitors! Sherie and Shary, who got married on April 1st (so we will always share a special day) and then Nathan's Great Aunt Jean and Uncle Clay. Great Aunt Jean really enjoyed cuddling Nathan....I think she is ready to be a Grandma, but for now Great Aunt will do. She certainly has not lost her knack with babies! It was quite a busy and fun day.
After all the visitors, we went to the park for a nice walk. Though overcast, it was beautiful weather and nice to get out and spend some time together as a family.

We need Pictures!
Great Aunt Jean and Great Uncle Clay will not be having grand babies any time soon! Thanks Janie and Scott for having Nathan and buying Catherine and me a bit more time!
